Settings
Manage your profile, workspace, preferences, integrations, and security.
Profile & Interests
- Email — Displayed (read-only)
- Display name — Click to edit, then save
- Interests — The same grid from onboarding. Toggle interests on/off to control which nav items and features appear. Click Save to apply.
Workspace
- Current workspace — Shows which workspace you're in
- All workspaces — A list of every workspace you belong to, with a Leave button on each (except your primary)
- Create new workspace — Opens a creation form (name, optional domain)
- Search/filter — Find workspaces by name
Members List (Admin Only)
- Member name, email, and role badge
- Actions: remove member, change role
Preferences
- Theme — Toggle between Light and Dark mode
- Idle timeout — Select how long before the session times out due to inactivity (5 min, 15 min, 30 min, 1 hour)
- Session inactivity warning — Displays a warning banner before timeout
Memory
The platform stores contextual memories from your conversations to provide better assistance over time.
- Memory list — Each memory is displayed as a text entry
- Delete button — Remove any memory you don't want the platform to retain
Notifications
- Email notifications — Toggle on/off
- In-app notifications — Toggle on/off
- Frequency — Realtime, Daily digest, or Weekly digest
- Do Not Disturb — Set start and end times for quiet hours
- Notification type preferences — Toggle which types you receive (Tasks, Comments, Mentions, etc.)
Integrations
- List of all connected integrations
- Revoke access button per integration
- API key — Masked by default. Click Show to reveal, Copy to clipboard.
- Regenerate API key — Creates a new key (old one stops working immediately)
Security
Change Password
Enter old password, new password, and confirm. Click Change Password.
Two-Factor Authentication
Shows current status (enabled/disabled). Click to enable/disable.
Trusted Devices
Lists all devices with active sessions:
- Device name
- Last accessed (timestamp)
- "Current device" indicator
- Logout button to revoke a specific device's session
Logout
A Logout button is available at the bottom of the Settings page to sign out of the platform.
