Link external accounts and services to the platform.

Connecting an Account

Each supported service shows as a card with a logo, name, and status.

  1. Find the service you want (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, Salesforce)
  2. Click Connect
  3. You'll be redirected to the provider's OAuth consent screen
  4. Sign in and grant the requested permissions
  5. You'll be redirected back to the platform. The card now shows "Connected" with a green badge.

Managing Connected Accounts

Once connected, a service card shows:

  • Connected status (green badge)
  • Connected account(s) — You may have multiple accounts connected (e.g., personal Gmail + workspace Gmail)
  • Manage button — Click to see account details or disconnect

Email Account Selection

If you have multiple email accounts connected, the platform needs to know which one to use:

  • An account indicator badge shows whether you're using a workspace default account or a personal account
  • Use the dropdown to switch between connected accounts

Folder Sync (Google Drive / OneDrive)

After connecting a cloud storage provider:

  1. Click Select Folder to choose which folder to sync
  2. The chosen folder path is displayed
  3. Configure sync frequency: automatic or manual
  4. View sync status and last synced timestamp

Synced folders make their contents available to the Knowledge Base automatically.

Phone Configuration

At the bottom of the Connect page, you can configure phone numbers for voice calls and SMS.

Adding a Phone Number

  1. Click Add Phone Number
  2. In the modal, enter:
    • Phone number — The number to configure
    • Name (optional) — A label for this number
    • Language — Select from available languages (EN, ES, FR, etc.)
    • Inbound/outbound settings — Configure call direction permissions
  3. Click Save

Managing Phone Numbers

  • A table lists all configured numbers with name, number, status, language, and creation date
  • Click Edit to modify settings
  • Click Delete to remove a number
