Notifications
All your alerts and updates in one place.
Accessing Notifications
Click the bell icon in the sidebar. The badge shows your unread count.
Filtering
Use the tabs at the top to filter:
- All — Everything
- Unread — Only notifications you haven't read
- Conversations — New messages, shares, and mentions
- Tasks — Task completions, failures, and updates
- System — Platform alerts and announcements
Notification Cards
Each notification shows:
- Icon (colored by type)
- Title — What happened
- Message (optional) — Additional detail
- From — Who triggered it (email)
- Time — Relative (e.g., "2h ago")
- Mark as read button
- Dismiss button (X)
Bulk Actions
- Mark all as read — Clears all unread badges at once
- Clear all — Removes all notifications (a confirmation dialog appears first)
Notification Preferences
Configure notification settings in Settings > Notifications:
- Toggle email and in-app notifications
- Set delivery frequency (Realtime, Daily digest, Weekly digest)
- Configure Do Not Disturb quiet hours
- Choose which notification types you receive
