First-Time Setup
Complete the onboarding process to customize your Cloud Platform experience.
Logging In
- Open the Cloud Platform application
- Enter your email and password
- Optionally check Remember me to stay signed in
- Click Sign In
If this is your first login, you may be prompted to set a new password (minimum 8 characters).
Forgot your password? Click Forgot password?, enter your email, and follow the instructions sent to your inbox.
The 3-Step Onboarding Process
New users go through three setup steps after their first login to customize their experience.
Step 1: Choose Your Interests
You'll see a grid of interest cards. Select one or more to customize which features appear in your sidebar:

| Dashboarding | Analytics-focused metrics and charts on your home dashboard |
| Task Execution | Conversations, Workflows, and Calendar pages |
| Data Analysis | Reports and spreadsheet-related tools |
| Integrations & APIs | Connect page and API integration features |
| Research & Insights | Insights page for deep knowledge base research |
| Calls & Emails | Communication agent features |
Select at least one, then click Continue. You can change these later in Settings.
Step 2: Set Up Your Workspace
A workspace is your team's shared environment. You have three options:
Browse & Join
- Search for existing workspaces by name
- Click a workspace card, then click Join
Create New
- Switch to Create mode
- Enter a workspace name and click Create
- Business email domains are automatically associated
Join via Invite Code
- Switch to Join mode
- Paste a workspace key (format:
workspace-name-1234567890123) - Click Find Workspace, then Join
If you already belong to workspaces, you'll see a welcome screen with your existing workspaces listed. Click one and continue.
Step 3: Choose Your Dashboard Layout
Pick between two home dashboard layouts:
- Dashboarding — Analytics-focused: metric cards, charts, NLP queries, activity feed
- Task Execution — Action-focused: quick actions, active tasks, calendar, activity feed
Select one and click Get Started. You can customize widgets later.
