Command Center

Your personalized home dashboard with role-based views.

Overview

The Command Center is your home dashboard. What you see depends on your role in the workspace. All views include suggestion cards and an AI prompt input where you can type a task and press Enter to create a new conversation.

Leadership View (Organization Owner)

If you are the organization owner, you see:

  • Organization-wide metrics — Active tasks, tasks completed today, success rate, number of workspaces reporting
  • Recent completed/failed tasks — The 5 most recent, with status
  • Suggestion cards — Quick-action prompts you can click to start a conversation
  • AI prompt input — A large text input at the bottom to create new conversations

Director View (Workspace Admin)

If you are a workspace admin, you see:

  • Workspace metrics — Active tasks, success rate, team members, performance
  • Active tasks — A live list of running tasks with status dots and the first 50 characters of the prompt. Click View to see details.
  • Scheduled tasks — Tasks set to run on a schedule, showing frequency (e.g., "Every 1h") and next run time. Click Trigger to run one immediately.

IC View (Team Member)

If you are a regular team member, you see:

  • Greeting — Time-based (Good morning/afternoon/evening) with your first name
  • Today's calendar events — If a calendar is connected, shows today's events with title, time, and location. If not connected, shows a Connect Calendar button.
  • Recent active tasks — Your 5 most recent tasks
  • Suggestion cards and AI prompt input (center-stage, prominent)

Switching Views

If you have access to multiple roles, a persona selector dropdown appears in the top-right corner. Use it to switch between Leadership, Director, and IC views.
