Running a Research Query

  1. Type your question in the search prompt input at the top. Examples:
    • "Compare the quoting process for Bamboo vs Progressive"
    • "What are the exception handling rules across all uploaded SOPs?"
    • "Summarize the onboarding training materials"
  2. Select a depth level:
    Level Sources Best For
    Quick 3–5 Fast lookups, simple questions
    Standard 5–10 Comprehensive analysis, comparisons
    Deep 10+ Exhaustive research with full citations
  3. (Optional) Attach files for additional context by dragging files into the upload zone or clicking browse. Accepted: PDF, DOCX, TXT, MD, CSV, XLSX (max 10 MB each).
  4. Click the Research button

Reading Results

Results stream in real-time:

  • A progress indicator and status messages show as the platform searches
  • The final output includes:
    • Answer text — Markdown-formatted, with headers, lists, and structured sections
    • Sources/citations — Each finding links back to the specific document and section it came from. Click a citation to see the source.
    • Confidence indicators — How strongly the findings are supported by the source material
    • Related findings — Additional relevant information the platform discovered
