Knowledge Base

Upload and manage SOPs, documents, training materials, and videos so the platform can learn your workflows.

Uploading Documents

  1. Click Upload Document at the top of the page
  2. In the modal that opens:
    • Drag and drop a file into the upload area, or click Browse to select one
    • Accepted file types: PDF, DOCX, TXT, MD, CSV, XLSX
    • Maximum file size: 10 MB
  3. Optionally fill in:
    • Title — Defaults to the filename. You can change it.
    • Description — A brief note about what the document contains.
  4. Click Upload

A progress bar shows upload status. Once complete, the document appears in the list below.

Uploading Videos

  1. Click Upload Video at the top of the page
  2. Same modal flow as documents, but with video file types:
    • Accepted: MP4, WEBM, MOV, AVI
    • Maximum file size: 500 MB
  3. Add a title and description, then click Upload

Video uploads take longer to process because the platform extracts the workflow structure from the footage — identifying steps, actions, and relevant details.

Viewing Your Documents

Uploaded files appear as cards in a grid layout. Each card shows:

  • File icon — Changes based on type (video, PDF, text, spreadsheet)
  • Title and filename
  • File size (formatted, e.g., "2.4 MB")
  • Source type badge — "Document" or "Video"
  • Status badge:
    • Processing (yellow, with spinner) — the platform is still analyzing the file
    • Ready (green, with checkmark) — processing is complete, the file is usable
    • Failed (red) — processing encountered an error. The error message is shown on the card.
  • Uploaded by — The email of the user who uploaded it
  • Upload date and time

Deleting a Document

Click the X button in the top-right corner of any document card. This removes the document from the knowledge base.

How the Platform Uses Your Documents

Once a document is in "Ready" status, the platform can:

  • Reference it when executing tasks (e.g., following an SOP during browser automation)
  • Search it during Insights research queries
  • Use it as context when composing emails, scheduling calls, or making decisions

The platform doesn't just store files — it extracts the structure: what steps matter, what rules apply, what the expected outcomes are, and where human review may be needed.
