Automating the non-teaching work at Mathnasium.

Center Directors spend a third of their hours on admin instead of students. Brend runs that work, and grades assessments, on the same tools the team already uses. Train once at one center, deploy across the network.

GradingIn development

The work that runs a center, minus the teaching.

Scheduling audits, timesheet cleanup, invoice follow-ups, progress reports, lead follow-through, HR documentation. Research shows education administrators spend 30–50% of their time on work that could be automated, time that should go to instructors and families.

Brend learns each workflow by watching an operator do it once, then runs it on the same Excel files and internal portals. Because every Mathnasium center runs the same playbook on the same tools, a workflow trained at one center deploys across the network, the franchise model applied to automation.

Three workflows are live in production today. The assessment grading bot is in active development with Datawall. Network-wide figures are estimates modeled on a representative 10-center district.

Timesheet intake

Pulls hours from instructor logs, normalizes them in Excel, and prepares them for payroll, flagging outliers for review before anything is submitted.

Bonus & payroll

Calculates bonus pay against Mathnasium's rules, reconciles it to payroll, and surfaces exceptions rather than guessing on anything outside the rule set.

Lead conversion summary

Aggregates lead funnel data and produces the weekly Lead Conversion Summary in the exact expected format, in a fraction of the manual time.

Assessment grading bot

Learns the grading workflow by watching an instructor, then scores assessments, calculates gap analysis by skill, and populates the learning plan, identically every time, without pulling an instructor out of a session.
