Weekly Update – Learnings & Roadmap
A look at what we learned this week, the features we’re shaping as a result, and where the Datawall roadmap is headed next.

Weekly Update
Hi, I’m Aaron, one of the founders of Datawall.
Rather than just listing new features, we want to share our thought process, upcoming goals, and the roadmap we’re shaping based on what we’ve learned from users like you.
This Week at a Glance
As we continue to grow, we’ve been tracking how people interact with both Brend Assistant and the Cloud Platform. The patterns we’re seeing are guiding us toward a more powerful, reliable, and adaptable product across industries.
-
Expanding Access to Data
We’re unlocking deeper visibility across campaigns, client records, and system‑level behaviors. More transparency means smarter decisions, richer reports, and better prospecting strategies at scale. -
Building for Better Prospecting
Upcoming updates will improve how you find and engage leads. Expect features that auto‑suggest prospects from usage data and offer custom segmentation tools for laser‑focused targeting. -
Preparing for Cross‑Selling Enablement
Demand is strong for built‑in support that surfaces cross‑sell opportunities. We’re exploring CRM and lead‑source integrations so assistants can suggest related services during live interactions—without sounding robotic. -
Opening Up More Integrations
Datawall should fit naturally into your stack. We’re prioritizing integrations with CRMs, quoting tools, calendar platforms, and industry‑specific apps, so you can plug Brend into workflows you already rely on.
Brend Assistant
Our assistant can now run quotes end‑to‑end, opening new use cases for sales‑driven environments. We’re actively improving reliability—especially around parsing customer inputs and generating accurate pricing.
We’d Love to Hear From You
